If our SLE’s do not currently match what you are looking for then please contact the Head of Teaching School to discuss a bespoke package. Everol Halliburton

Behaviour management and discipline Attendance

Everol has been at The Bridge AP Academy for 16 years having initially begun his career developing a now three times ‘Outstanding’ OfSTED rated team of Learning Support Professionals. Everol also works with the Ministry of Justice delivering programmes of work for young people involved in the youth justice system.

Jemma Bird


Jemma has worked for TBAP for two years, successfully developing the music offer across all of the schools in the alliance. Jemma is a consistently outstanding practitioner. She has previously worked as a head of department in Peterborough introducing BTec Music and PLTS.

Steven Speck


Steve has recently joined TBAP in the role of Assistant Head. He has previous experience of working in mainstream education in the role of SENCO where he has introduced alternative pathways for learners with special educational needs, bespoke intervention programmes, monitoring protocols for measuring impact of support and staff CPD on cognitive processing.

Amy Smith


Amy has worked for TBAP for 2 years and during this time she has successfully introduced and developed Drama at every school within the TBAP alliance. Previous to working at TBAP, Amy was Head of Performing Arts in a mainstream inner London school. During Amy's 14 years of teaching, she has been involved in the development of Drama as a specialist subject both at local and national levels. In addition to her role at TBAP, Amy is a GCSE Drama moderator and examiner, BTEC Standards Verifier and Arts Award Advisor.

Patricia Day

Primary Behaviour for Learning

Patricia has being working for TBAP since April 2013 in the role of Lead Teacher with the Primary Intervention Development Service, providing support for learners in primary schools across TBAP. Prior to this she has had 13 years experience working as a classroom teacher and a behaviour support teacher. Patricia is skilled in working alongside primary schools in developing approaches and strategies to develop learning behaviour. She has had a key responsibility for assessment processes in behaviour for learning and has led on the development of an assessment tool to measure progress in this area..

Natalie Wismayer

Assessment, Leadership of Curriculum, English

Natalie has worked for the TBAP trust since March 2014. Prior to this she has taught in a variety of mainstream schools for 19 years. Natalie has led teaching and learning as an assistant head previously and is now subject leader of English. Natalie has also led on gifted and talented, has performed the role of year team leader and set up transition KS2 to KS3 summer schools. Currently she is a mentor to School Direct trainees and NQTs within the department.

Andrew Burton


Andrew joined TBAP as an Assistant Headteacher in 2014, after working in mainstream Senior Leadership in a variety of roles including KS4 Phase Leader and CPD Coordinator. He is leading on CPD within TBAP, and is keen to use new technologies within this. Andrew recognises the crucial link between high quality CPD and improved teaching and learning and leadership development, and supports across the Academies in ensuring this. Andrew is committed to our philosophy of 'Growing our Own", and is a Teaching Leaders mentor.

Debbie Paxton

Operational Effectiveness

Debbie is an expert practitioner is ensuring that the operations of an Academy Trust run with efficiency and precision. She leads Business Support across the MAT and delivers TBAP Conferences and Events, alongside school support on Academy Conversion and School Systems.

Lynne Blake

Primary Behaviour

Lynne has over 25 years of experience of coaching and mentoring trainee teachers and classroom practitioners. She delivers outreach support across our London Academies and in all the Tri-borough area within the mainstream sector. Lynne has extensive knowledge and skills to support both learners and teachers in the Primary sector.
