Jo Sennitt is Executive Officer in the TBAP Leadership Team.
Jo supports the CEO and leads on stakeholder engagement across TBAP, acting as the first point of contact for many visitors and VIPs. She is also responsible for the TBAP communications strategy. Jo is a trustee of the TBAP Foundation and performs a pivotal role in ensuring the foundation best meets the needs of TBAP learners.
Jo has a background in AP and has worked across London as a Learning Support Professional, performing roles such as Cover Supervisor, SEN Administrator and Executive PA. In addition, she has extensive experience of events management and of the music industry having worked for many years as a DJ.
Jo is dedicated to improving outcomes for disadvantaged young people and leads on a number of special projects across TBAP. She conceived the idea of the TBAP Residence, which successfully provides residential care for learners who are involved with the criminal justice system or are on the edge of care. Jo initially led the introduction of outdoor therapeutic learning opportunities including farm visits and developing the school market garden. Jo continues to identify opportunities to extend the learning experience for these young people.
