Women and BME Leaders of the Future

The TBAP Teaching School Alliance is proud to support the Equalities and Diversity work of the Department for Education and is funded to deliver an Aspiring Leaders Programme for 2017 and 2018 to support more Women and BME Leaders into next stage promotion. Our programme aims to:
1. To support you to feel more confident in moving forward to next stage promotion
2. To support you to identify any challenges you may face and any solutions you can create to this
3. To give you tools for reflection; such as MBTI Report and Coaching
4. To give you practical support on the next stage promotion process
5. To help you understand your own WHY and vision, and create next steps
6. To create a peer network

It is delivered through face to face coaching, MBTI tools and workshops:

What is #WomenEd?

The Bridge AP Academy is excited to be the grant holder of DfE funding to set up a network across London to support Women into leadership, and to keep women there despite challenges they may face. We have regular events across London, our next one is on Saturday 4th March 2017:
